"A year after my total knee resurfacing surgery on my right knee I was in so much discomfort & pain. I have been suffering with joint pains too. I heard about Bowen & consulted Rajni . After hearing from me about other treatments & physiotherapy I had previously with no real effects. she gave me Bowen treatment working on my operated knee as well. "I thought I should write to you to place on record my deep appreciation for relieving me of lower back pain by the magical touch of your hands with Bowen Therapy. When I was lying on the couch undergoing the therapy in your clinic I was wondering how such a gentle therapy could cure the pain that I have been enduring for the last many years. "I went to see Rajni initially for a frozen shoulder. I had acute pain and recall my father getting done relief from using Bowen therapy earlier. Rajni was very sympathetic and examined my movements and saw the pain I was in and gave me a full treatment which lasted over an hour. The deep massage itself provides some instant relief but within an hour or two of leaving the pain had gone down substantially and my movement had improved significantly. I underwent two further treatments for this over the next ten days and was fully recovered. I went back to see Rajni for tendinitis in my elbows also with similar miraculous results. Rajni is thoroughly professional and has magical hands that radiate heat and alleviate pain with rapid results. I am a complete convert to Bowen thanks to her treatments and would recommend her highly. She helps my body heal itself. That's the best way to describe my experience of Bowen therapy with Rajni."

"I first contacted Rajni when I experienced excruciating pain in my right wrist. The pain came on suddenly and was so unbearable that it was becoming increasingly difficult to undertake the simplest of tasks. Not being able to wait until my appointment with the GP, I had my first of three Bowen sessions with Rajni. I didn’t know what to expect and had no knowledge about how the technique works. Rajni explained this to me and immediately made me feel at ease. She administered the technique with such care and precision especially around the affected area that any discomfort and concerns I had quickly faded. Not long after the first session the pain had significantly reduced and by the second I (a week later) I was pain free. This was eight months ago and I’ve not so much as have felt a twinge since. "I consulted in Rajni for shoulder pain that I have had for a few years. I tend to get pins and needles in my right shoulder, during times where I am on the computer a lot and straining it! "I consulted Rajni for congestion/blocked nose problem. My congestion problem was persistent, medicines didn't work. It works like magic! I slept so well the night of the treatment and forgot I had congestion the next day. During consultation Rajni also I identified that I might have problem with digestion, which is true even though I didn't tell her that, and after second treatment it helps with that problem too. Rajni counsels you well, really helps you understand & identifies what's wrong with your body. She also advises what you can do or not do to avoid getting similar problems in the future. It's very relaxing experience. Most importantly, it works! This is my first Bowen experience & I'm glad I tried it. Would definitely recommend

"Rajni was recommended to me by a friend who had had treatment on her wrists. As a cake decorator I was presenting similar to RSI and tennis elbow. The treatment was not what I expected! I thought it would be similar to physio. I felt immediately at ease with Rajni. She spoke to me in depth about symptoms and about what I could expect from the treatment. What I liked was her honesty. I had 3 treatments in total. After each session I felt totally relaxed and slept better than I usually do. The treatment stopped the consistent ache and although it hasn't completely relived the pain I believe that it is due to the nature of my work. In summary I would not hesitate to recommend Rajni or Bowens Therapy. In fact, I Already have!!!"
